If your plans change after registering, we’ll gladly carryover your registration to the following year, or transfer your registration to anyone you designate. Carryovers are for one year only. We generally do not offer refunds.

Please be aware that guests must make their reservations before the cut-off date of Wednesday, October 14, as the rooms will be released on that day. Guests may use the link below or call 1-800-HILTONS referencing group code 98W.
Please be aware that there is a new management company for the parking garage. They now require guests to pay using the license plate (they do not provide tickets when entering the parking garage). This does not change the process for guests to receive discounted parking, but they do need to bring their license plate information to the front desk upon check-in. The same would be required for those not staying the night.
